Avoid prolonged refrigeration as excessive humidity may affect texture and appearance.

We offer year-round shipping services. During warmer periods, we adjust our packaging methods, such as including gel packs when necessary, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Our shipping schedule runs from Monday through Thursday. We avoid Friday shipments as we use overnight delivery, and chocolates should not remain in transit over weekends.
